thats what MS does they send the replacement consoles. and they probably fix the old board or salvage the heatsinks and etc to not waste money. *cough*cheap ass bastards*cough*

very cool video. its a pity ppl have to repair this themselves to guarantee a fixed unit. I am sure MS Does not go through that but instead send you back some elses machine with xclamps still in place.
