i got the same problem.. we shouldn’t have to resort to taking the entire machine apart when we simply want to play a game. Microsoft seriously took the wrong turn by using (S)hitachi-drives, seeing as the “open tray” errors are mostly related to magnetic issues within Shitachi-drives.

the magnet and disk holder found a 1:10 some older 360 versions have them both together, and in the newerish ones they can come apart.

it goes in the middle of the disk, you can see me slap it on at 1:10. be sure it on there, if not your disk is sure to be ruined
